2/27/2010: Results for heart at ECR 2010
The European Congress of Radiology, ECR 2010, starts on Thursday March 4th in Vienna. At the Congress, research results for heart indications using SharpView® CT image enhancement sotware will be presented. The study is a pilot by Jakob de Geer, MD, from Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization, CMIV, at Linköping University.

2/14/2010: SharpView® MRI in clinical use
Since December last year SharpView MRI is in daily use at Hässleholms Hospital in Sweden. At the moment the product is being utilized for performing different examinations of lower spine and knees. The MRI-scanning times for these investigations have been reduced between 15-30 %, without compromising the imaging quality.

2/2/2010: Medical Imaging Radiation Concern
Can exposure to low doses of radiation in medical imaging tests lead to cancer? The February issue of JACR; Journal of the American College of Radiology writes about a new initiative at the National Institutes of Health that aims to find out more about this.

RSNA 2009 in Chicago was a huge success for SharpView. The new product SharpView MRI was launched and several research results with SharpView CT was presented.
